I contacted iLines for a quote from Charlotte to Bangkok to ship my personal belongings. Their rate was approximately $100 more than the cheapest quote I received. Because of their customer service and knowledge they provided to me I decided to ship with them. They have been fantastic! I am sure I made them work extra with my shipment with all my questions but they never hesitated to help. Glad I chose them and I will honestly recommend them to anyone. I shipped my personal belongings with iLines to Israel in August.They provided storage for my things for 6 months before i was ready to ship due to my visa not being processed yet. From the very beginning the process was very smooth, my rep Vinny always would keep me update with my sailing and also the logistics department was very kind with answering all my questions.
