For Jose Roman, international shipping has never been simply a business. It is an industry he has grown with since the age of 16, when he began his career in commercial freight and developed a firsthand understanding of what it takes to move goods across borders.
By the age of 20, Jose had stepped into a management role at an international moving company. Over many years, he helped develop teams through training, built lasting relationships with vendors and fellow shipping companies, and played an important role in expanding the business. His experience gave him a deep appreciation for the logistics behind every shipment—and, just as importantly, the people depending on its success.
